Each plan visit includes a zone-by-zone system inspection, controller review and seasonal programming adjustments, a review of applicable watering restrictions, inspection of accessible heads, rotors, valves, visible wiring and sensors, reasonable minor adjustments, and a recorded service report.
Silver
- System inspections: 2 (Jan–Feb, Jul–Aug)
- Priority: 7 business days
- Discount: 5% on eligible service
- Warranty: 3-year on qualifying work
Gold
- System inspections: 3 (Dec–Feb, Apr–Jun, Aug–Oct)
- Priority: 5 business days
- Discount: 10% on eligible service
- Extras: Minor troubleshooting during system inspections; standard spray-nozzle replacement as needed
- Warranty: 5-year on qualifying work while active
Platinum
- System inspections: 4 (Dec–Feb, Mar–May, Jun–Aug, Sep–Nov)
- Priority: 3 business days
- Discount: 15% on eligible service
- Extras: Standard and minor troubleshooting during system inspections; standard spray-nozzle replacement as needed
- Warranty: 10-year on qualifying work while active
Pricing covers up to eight zones. Each additional zone is $2/month or $24/year.
Diagnostic fee waivers apply only during qualifying membership visits. Memberships do not include unlimited free diagnostic visits or free repair work.
Optional Add-Ons
Hydrawise System Monitoring
$20/month or $228/year per compatible controller.
Includes initial account review, monthly dashboard review, follow-up on critical alerts during business hours, and reasonable remote seasonal and weather-based adjustments. Available only for compatible Hunter HPC, Pro-C, ICC2 and ACC2 controllers. You need Wi-Fi and continuous power. Monitoring is not 24-hour surveillance or emergency response.
Hydretain Moisture-Manager Application
Hydretain applications are available as an optional membership add-on. Pricing is based on irrigation zone count, with up to eight zones included in the base add-on price.

About our plans. Plans are 12-month memberships that renew automatically unless canceled. The monthly option is a way to pay for the 12-month membership. Plans apply to one property and are not transferable without our approval.
Priority scheduling means we schedule a visit for a reported covered issue within the stated number of business days, weather and conditions permitting. It is not same-day or emergency service.
Discounts apply to eligible services. Where a plan includes an extended warranty, it applies to qualifying work while the plan stays active. Repairs, parts and materials are not included unless stated. Full terms are provided before you enroll.
