Frequently Asked Questions

Home  |  FAQ
How do I schedule service?

Use the request form or call 727-660-6025. We’re available Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and Saturday–Sunday 8 AM–2 PM.

What areas do you serve?

Cities and communities across Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough County. See the service area page for the full list.

What services do you offer?

Irrigation (repair, installation, maintenance and controllers), drainage, landscape lighting and water features.

How does pricing work?

Our technicians evaluate the problem, explain their findings and recommend a solution. Once the necessary work is identified, we provide a descriptive, line-item flat-rate quote and you authorize the work before repairs begin. For installations and custom projects, scope and price are developed through an assessment and quoting process.

Are you licensed?

Yes. Our license number is CFC1434863.

How much experience do you have?

EVO's leadership brings nearly three decades of hands-on industry experience.

Do you offer after-hours or emergency service?

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and Saturday–Sunday 8 AM–2 PM, excluding holidays. After-hours, holiday or emergency service isn’t guaranteed unless we tell you otherwise.

Do you offer membership plans?

Yes, for irrigation, drainage, landscape lighting and water features. Explore Membership Plans.

How do plans renew?

Plans are 12-month memberships that renew automatically unless canceled. The monthly option is a way to pay for the 12-month membership.

What does priority scheduling mean?

Plan members get a visit scheduled for a reported covered issue within a set number of business days, depending on tier. It isn’t same-day or emergency service.

Can drainage work guarantee my yard stays dry?

No. Drainage manages and redirects water, but heavy rain, groundwater and runoff from other properties can still affect a yard. We explain what a solution can and can’t do before you decide.

What if a repair reveals another problem?

Diagnostics can be sequential. Fixing one issue sometimes reveals another, and we explain each step so you can decide what to do next.

Do you work on systems you didn’t install?

Yes. Repairing one part of an existing system doesn’t certify or warrant the rest, but we’ll tell you what we see.
